The bustle and clatter of dining carts at yum cha on a Sunday morning can be a little too much if one has consumed far too many gin and tonics the night before. One of my favourite tricks is to grab yum cha takeaway and enjoy every greasy morsel in the fresh air and comfort of my courtyard.
