The Winter Supper Club is a melting pot of flavours and it would not be the ultimate foodie gathering without everyone’s favourite sin… chocolate.
Sue Lewis has worked with the cream of the crop in the in the world of chocolate. Step aside Willy Wonka! The past year has been a busy one for Sue, having recently set up her own little sweet shop in Subiaco. At her studio you can find all sorts of wonderment. Each chocolate is lovingly handcrafted, bearing unique and exotic flavours in the finest quality chocolate.
Not only have I had the pleasure of enjoying a truffle (or ten) but I have also had the pleasure of meeting Sue on many occasions at her pop up stalls and most recently on The Food Alternative on RTRFM. She is an amazing woman, with a huge amount of talent and not much time to herself. Anyone starting up their own business knows the amount of hard work, dedication and passion it takes to make that dream a reality.
